Order Processing & Production Time All of our products are carefully crafted and processed within 10-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping To the United States

• Shipping Fees: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

• No Domestic Customs: All domestic U.S. orders are delivered directly to your address with no customs or import duties.

International & EU Orders (If applicable) For orders placed outside the United States (including the European Union): Every destination country sets its own import tax thresholds. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. As the seller, Eclipse Lighting LLC is not responsible for these local charges.

Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
